Who we are
STUDIO 47 is a tattoo studio in Kaunas, Lithuania (Taikos pr. 135D, Taikos Verslo Parkas). For anything about your data, write to studio47kaunas@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you write to us by email or Instagram DM, we keep what you send: your message and any contact details or reference images you choose to share.
If you leave a review, we store the name you enter, your star rating and your text. Publicly we show only your initials, never your full name, and only after we approve it. You give explicit consent before it is sent.
For the radio and reviews to work, an anonymous session id is kept in your browser (localStorage). It is not tied to your identity and we cannot use it to track you across other sites.
We do not run advertising or third-party analytics, and we set no tracking cookies of our own.
Legal basis
We publish reviews on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time. Answering your email or Instagram message, and keeping the site and its radio session working, rest on our legitimate interest in replying to you and running the site (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Third-party content
A few pages load content from other companies: Spotify players on the Artists page and a Google map on the home page. When that content loads, those companies may set their own cookies under their own policies, which we do not control.
Where your data lives
Reviews and radio data are stored with Supabase, on servers in the European Union. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep messages as long as we need them to answer you. Approved reviews stay up until you or we take them down. Ask us and we will remove yours.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, ask for a copy to take elsewhere (data portability), or withdraw your consent, at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we lawfully did before you withdrew it. Write to studio47kaunas@gmail.com and we will sort it out. You also have the right to complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI) in Lithuania.
Cookies
We use only what the site needs to work: an anonymous session in your browser. No advertising or tracking cookies come from us. The embedded Spotify and Google content noted above is the exception.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
